2026 CITA EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
On behalf of the Canadian Independent Telecommunications Association (CITA), thank you for your continued partnership and commitment to our Conference and Trade Show. Your engagement strengthens our industry and helps us deliver an exceptional national event each year.
Registration is now open for the 2026 CITA Conference and Trade Show, taking place April 19–21, 2026, at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre, 8500 Warden Avenue, Markham, ON L6G 1A5. This flagship gathering brings together SILECs, ILECs, suppliers, innovators, and thought leaders for three days of learning, collaboration, and business development.
The program features a robust lineup of technical and marketing sessions, complemented by our signature Exhibitor Trade Show on Monday, April 20, from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, followed by a networking reception designed to spark meaningful connections. Click here to access the Conference Program.

Vendor Presentations
The Vendor Presentation Sessions provides a thirty-minute opportunity to be more product specific (vs. the other sessions on the agenda). Four exhibitor presentation slots are available on Monday morning. The Vendor Presentations are only available to exhibiting companies. This is not meant to be a sales pitch. We require a very brief outline (50 to 100 words max) of your presentation so the board can review and ensure that there isn't duplication with the other presentations. Please provide the speaker’s name, title and company name. Should your presentation be selected, we will also require a photo of the speaker. Exhibitor Special Conference Package
Exhibitors can take advantage of this special pricing to attend the full conference, including Sunday night Welcome Reception, educational sessions, coffee breaks, Monday night dinner, lunches for both days and admission into Trade Show. Exhibitor are entitled to two Exhibitor Conference packages at $425.00, additional registrations will be charged at the regular rate of $550.00.
